WATER RESISTANCE

A watch's water resistant properties cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. They can be affected by seal wear or accidental shock. We recommend that you have your watch's water resistance tested once a year by an authorised Longines service centre.

Avoid subjecting your watch to shocks, including sudden changes in temperature.

Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (less than 0°C or 32°F and more than 60°C or 140°F) and sudden changes of temperature.

SCREW-DOWN CROWN

Before immersing your watch in water, make sure the crown is carefully screwed down to ensure no water enters the mechanism.
