    The 2019 Longines WBFSH Breeders Awards

    On the occasion of the Longines Equita Lyon Concours Hippique International, during which the third leg of the Longines FEI Jumping World CupTM took place, Longines and its new partner, the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH), were proud to present the Longines WBFSH Breeders Awards. The awards went to Zuchtgemeinschaft Strunk, namely Heike, Wilhelm and Heinrich Strunk for breeding Bella Rose 2 (Belissimo M / Cacir AA) (Dressage category), to Wilhelmus Wijnen for breeding Explosion W (Chacco-Blue / Baloubet du Rouet) (Jumping category) and to Zuchtgemeinschaft Meyer-Kulenkampff, namely Hilmer and Ilse, for breeding Fischerchipmunk FRH (Contendro I / Heraldik XX) (Eventing category). WBFSH President Jan Pedersen and Longines Vice President of Marketing Matthieu Baumgartner presented the winners with certificates, as well as elegant Longines timepieces.

    Longines honored the winner of the 25ème heure Longines photo competition in Deauville

    This weekend, Longines was proud to be the Official Partner of the 25ème heure Longines photo competition in Deauville, France. This event, which takes place every fall when the clocks are turned backward 1 hour, invites participants to take a snapshot of the town between midnight and 1am to immortalize this special 25th hour of the day.     FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses

    As the Official Partner and Timekeeper of the FEI WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championship, Longines was proud to time the victories of Jason Foley on Rockwell RC, Katrin Eckermann on Chao Lee and Seamus Hughes-Kennedy on Cuffesgrange Cavadora in the 5 year-old, 6 year-old and 7 year-old category respectively. The brand also presented the three talented riders with elegance Longines timepieces.   The Official Watch of the event was a new model from The Longines Master Collection, featuring a silver barleycorn dial and a moon phase indicator.     Longines FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses

    On Saturday August 3, the numerous spectators at the 2019 Longines FEI/WBFSH Dressage World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo celebrated the champion in the five-year-old category, Jovian, ridden by Andreas Helgstrand, showing lots of technique, uphill movements and an incredible use of his body. On Sunday, the six-year-old final was claimed by Zucchero OLD ridden by Frederic Wanders, while the seven-year-old category was won by d'Avie, led by Severo Jurado Lopez. As the Title Partner of the event, Longines was proud to present the winners with elegant timepieces in recognition for their remarkable talent.
